Pricing overview

Wovex has three self-serve plans Clarity, Clarity Plus and Evidence. Each has a standard set of features and each can be boosted with an array of add-on features depending on your needs.

Wovex is an end-to-end solution that grows with your requirements over time as your practice evolves, so you can be sure that you will have all the tools that you may ever need to manage and report on benefits.

The different offering levels ensure that the functionality fits your specific needs and keeps your costs manageable while enabling growth as a scalable solution.

How does Wovex pricing work?

Wovex offers three standard plans (Clarity, Clarity Plus, Evidence), all giving you access to the Wovex platform starting from £45 per month for one user. Access to Wovex requires a user licence seat for your company's Wovex environment. You can also talk to us about the Progress Plan for full flexibility and all the insights and reporting you might need.

All plans include access to Mapping and a Workspace with built-in onboarding and support. You can upgrade to access additional features within each plan in small increments.

Am I locked into a contract?

Only our Progress Plan requires signing an annual contract, other plans, upgrades and usage can be managed or canceled by you at any time.

Can I create my own customised package?

Apart from Progress customers, you are limited to our set additions. You cannot add something from one plan to another or remove something from a plan.

However, you can add many features to any of our plans to enable businesses of every size, sophistication and budget to provide the best experience for managing business benefits and cases.

Additional features include Measure Agreements, Enterprise data configuration, Data collectors, Team working and Optimising Portfolios, among others. See plans for details.

You can choose your plan, your number of Administrator and Standard users, and if you want to add any support or service upgrades. There are no limits to the number of free Guest seats you can have. Guests have limited functionality for data entry, viewing and reviewing for governance and contributor roles.

With Progress plans, you can decide the features and roles that you want your users to have access to, as well as customise language and screen/field layouts and design. We can work with you to decide what your needs are and help define your settings.

What’s the minimum I have to buy to use Wovex?

All our plans require the purchase of only a single user to get started. We want it to be easy for you to get started and grow with us over time.


Users

What is a user role?

User roles provide access to Wovex products and features within your chosen plan. Each Wovex user must have a designated role assigned to them.

Guest users have limited access to Wovex to support easy data collection, view benefit maps or participate in Impact Assessments. All Guest seats are included without additional charge on every plan.

Do you have 'light' user licences?

Yes, Wovex has unlimited Guest licences included in each plan. Users with this role have limited access to Wovex to support easy data collection, view benefit maps or participate in Impact Assessments.

Does Wovex offer volume-based pricing?

Yes, Wovex offers volume-based pricing based on the total number of paid-for users and there are economies of scale as the number of users increases. Please do contact us to learn more.

Does Wovex have a minimum user requirement?

No, with Wovex you can get started with just one user.

Do you need a Wovex licence to view reports via Power BI and other reporting tools?

No, you do not need a Wovex licence to view Wovex reporting data via Power BI or other reporting tools.

Do you offer multi-year contract discounts?

Yes, Wovex does offer discounts for multi-year commitments. Please do contact us to learn more.

How can I change my plan or the number of users?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade between the Clarity, Clarity Plus and Evidence plans, and add or remove the additional features at any time. Customers on the Progress plan or on annual contracts need to contact us through email or the Messenger to make a change.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for online payment.

Are there any additional usage charges?

In addition to Users, you only pay for any add-on features that you choose.


Free trials

How does the free trial work?

Wovex’s free trial requires no credit card to sign up. During the two-week trial, you’ll have access to all the products and features in the Clarity plan.

During the trial, you need to ask yourself:

"Do we only need to plan benefits to gain proper clarity around the results we need from our investments and projects?

or do we need more advanced visual mapping with Clarity Plus?

or do we need to gather Evidence to justify our investments?

Playing with Wovex Clarity should allow you to experience all the fundamental features of Wovex and if you want to try adding some evidence you can get in touch.

After the free trial period, simply purchase to continue using the plan you have trialled or ask us about other features you feel you need to be sure you get the right tools.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

Yes, you need to enter payment details to start a free trial, but we won't charge you until you move to a charged agreement and there are no setup fees. Your card will only be charged after you agree to become a Wovex customer after your free trial ends.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

You will no longer be able to use Wovex until you provide a card payment method or talk to Sales.


Subscriptions

What happens if I cancel my subscription? Will I lose settings, API setup, custom settings, etc.?

Cancelling your subscription will not delete any data. However, access to your content in maps, workspace and reports, will be automatically paused as soon as your subscription becomes inactive. Also, any teammate permissions will be reset. There will be a cooling-off period before any data is deleted for 3 months.
