Yes, customers have data sovereignty. And if security is a critical aspect due to the kind of work you do, you can also choose to host your data on your own Azure hosting environment within your firewall.

In the rare situation where you want to stop using Wovex, you can export your data to Excel and map images and on request, retain 12 months read-rights.

Wovex can integrate with multiple types of databases using REST APIs.

We have recently launched an additional set of dedicated APIs for leading systems. Below is a sample of the systems our integration module supports. Wovex itself uses an SQL database on an Azure platform, and there are multiple integration services on Azure to the common PPM systems.

As a first step, we will understand the data flow needed between systems and recommend the best way to integrate.

Part of this integration is through a REST API, and if a more dedicated API is needed for a specific tool, then that can be developed. This would require a separate proposal to meet your needs and coordinate the development.

RESTful APIs are available in Wovex to support integration and communication between systems.

Data can be pulled from Wovex (GET) and also loaded into Wovex (POST).

The system needs to authenticate itself with the Wovex system to show that it is known and trusted. To GET information, the system will need to make multiple requests, depending on the data needed. For example, to pull all generated dashboard data to be recreated in Power BI or Tableau. To POST information, for example, into a time series, then values for Date, Measure ID and Initiative ID are required.

Every POST request will receive a response with a message that states if it succeeded or failed.
These responses can be checked and any actions needed taken by the system.

Wovex will also store a log of successes/failures to support the management of the API.
