Overview of features for each edition of Wovex

Our new pricing is designed with simplicity in mind, removing unnecessary complexity and helping you clearly understand what you're paying for.

Plans

When you join Wovex, you’ll either be trialling with a Starter Edition or be given a workspace with the edition of your choice Starter, Advanced or Enterprise. It’s possible to upgrade or downgrade between these plans. If you choose not to continue with the starter trial, you will automatically drop down to the free Personal plan with limited functionality and only one user.

The edition you choose determines the monthly user price. There are no seat minimums; you can purchase as few or as many seats as you need, and there are scale discounts for when you need to start using more widely. The initial seat has a certain cost, and then every additional seat is charged at a lower price. This futureproofs your workspace to support all future users at whatever scale you need.

Each user can be set up in a different role, which gives them access to the relevant features of Wovex’s business benefits management software. Users can be Free Guests, Standard users or Administrators depending on what permissions and activities you want them to perform. All Guest users are free.

Getting started

To get started with Wovex, you can start a free trial. During the 14-day trial, you’ll have free access to the Starter plan and you can invite as many users as you like during this time.

After the free trial period, you can continue using Wovex. You can continue with the Starter plan, downgrade to Personal, or move up to add Advanced features as required. This is all automated for you very easily. Manage your plan here.​

Contact Sales if you’re interested in the Wovex Enterprise Plan or any Add-ons. However, starting with Advanced should give you a good idea of the look and feel of Wovex and how it will support your current process. Then you can upgrade when you need more features.
