If you or your company already use Wovex, logging in should be simple.
Any invitations you receive from colleagues to a Wovex Workspace will include the URL and instructions for logging in.
Logging into Wovex
If you've forgotten your Wovex environment URL, don’t worry - you can always sign in through the Wovex.com website. Simply click on the "Sign In" link at the top of the page. This will take you directly to the last environment you accessed, making it easy to pick up where you left off.
For seamless access, consider bookmarking your company’s Wovex environment URL so you don't have to search for it each time you log in.
Onboarding and Support for New Users
If your company has its own training procedures, be sure to follow them first.
However, if standard guidance is needed, Wovex offers comprehensive onboarding support options to help you get up to speed and simple tours of the main screens.
Accessing Wovex support information
Wovex offers a one-stop shop with Messenger bottom right.
Our AI is trained on all our support materials and is surprisingly clever. But if that's not enough, humans are also on hand to help.
The messenger gives you access to AI support, Help articles, videos, as well as in-app training Tasks to work through over time for the main functionalities (These can also be found via Next Steps on the top bar wherever you are in Wovex).

After logging in, refresh this screen and you will see all the material appropriate to your licence, search the support materials or ask any questions in the Messenger at the bottom right of the Wovex screen.
