Enterprise users with the Optimisation add-on pack.
Introduction
The Optimisation add-on pack enables collaborative evaluation of initiatives through Optimise Initiative assessments.
Users who create these assessments can invite other people to review and participate in the evaluation process.
This allows subject-matter experts and stakeholders to contribute without needing full administrative access.
What this feature allows
Users with the Optimisation add-on pack can:
• Invite others to review Optimise Initiative assessments
• Gather feedback from colleagues and stakeholders
• Collaborate on initiative evaluation and optimisation
This makes it easier to involve the right people in decision-making without giving them full system access.
Inviting reviewers
When creating an Optimise Initiative assessment, users can invite reviewers directly from the assessment interface.
Invited reviewers will be able to access the assessment and participate in the review process.

This capability is available only to organisations with the Optimisation add-on pack.
