When you first start out in Wovex, or when introducing new benefits and measures you can use AI within your workspace to suggest ideas for you and inspire ideas.

Wovex has various areas that are now supported by AI.

The AI is limited to activities that we know are of particular use to our customers.

If you want ideas for what other benefits a benefit may lead to use this.

Right Click and use the Suggest button to generate some ideas.

You can generate benefits that the benefit may lead to or those that may lead to it (come before in the flow), or get suggestions for the measures for each Benefit.

Sometimes AI suggests Benefits that you may think should be Initiatives instead. This is especially likely with 'Suggest Benefits Before'.

AI is not yet as clever as a benefits or business change manager. We suggest you create the items anyway and then change the item type once you have saved the items as Benefits.

This can be done easily in Maps with the right-click Change Item type feature.

This is done as above; select Measures on the Suggest menu.

Bear in mind, some measures will be inappropriate for your situation, either unmeasurable or just wrong.

AI generally still has some way to go, but we will be teaching the Wovex Assist AI how to find the best measures and benefits, and it will get better all the time.

With the Starter Plan, you can automatically search an existing document and have Wovex Assist auto-generate the suggested Benefits.

This is a common task for all benefit practitioners when introducing a new project into the portfolio or developing the benefits for a new business case. Or when having to start managing the benefits after a project has started.

Just click on the 'Assist' button in your Workspace toolbar (or 'Benefit from Text' button if you have an older release) and copy and paste the text in. Select the Benefits you like the look of and hit Add to see that the Benefits appear in your workspace.

All users have this smart summary description feature that uses AI.

In your workspace, right-click on a Benefit and click on Edit Title and ID. If you want to edit the title or generate a new description, do that here. You can regenerate multiple times until you like the look of a description, and then edit it and save it to get the right tone and level of detail for your needs.

In the mapping, the description is automatically added for each Benefit as you give them a title, so you will always have a starter for ten on your description. You can always overwrite this entirely if you like. At the very least, it should give you some ideas.
