How Packs help you
When you are struggling to think of the Benefits or Measures that will best suit your needs, you can review the Library of Benefits Packs by topic to get some ideas. The Packs include the most common Benefits and some Measures for each Benefit.
Wovex has curated this library to cover the most common Benefits and Measures that have been shared by our customers and drawn from best practice guidance over the years. These include Finance, Recruitment and Workforce and even Benefits realisation management maturity.
With Packs, you can save time and get inspiration on what you might need to track and how to define the benefits that you expect in many standard situations.
🤔We don't pretend that they will cover all eventualities, and the packs will improve and develop more over time (especially if you let us know what we are missing).
How to use the Library of Packs
Simply click +New on the top bar of your Workspace and instead of choosing a particular item type, choose "From Library". Here you can browse the range of Packs, and if you need to measure some of them, select the Benefits and or Measures and Add to Workspace.
💡Tip: Don't use all of the measures automatically. Pick and choose the ones that you can measure easily, and that best demonstrate the true change in benefits that you are looking for.
Keep your measures simple and achievable so that measurement is a breeze too.
These new items, including their descriptions, units and information about how they are tracked, will then appear in your Workspace.
You can edit and use these Benefits and Measures as you like from here, but you will have saved a lot of time trying to consider all the possibilities in a particular area, such as Efficiency or Environment and Sustainability.
Note: Once you select to add benefits or measures from a Pack to your Workspace, you will need to use 'Start Tracking' to relate them to one another if you want to track them in future. We leave them unlinked so that you can define how you measure and report over time.
Pull these Benefits and Measures into your maps
You can always pull any of the items that you have created this way into your Maps using the +Existing button. This is very useful in a workshop.
However, with Starter Edition and above, you will also be able to use the AI features in Maps. This is an alternative way to look for inspiration on the best Benefits and Measures for your situation using AI.
