How to upgrade or downgrade from a plan

Changing your Wovex edition is easy

Change from a Starter to an Advanced plan or reduce your plan level.

Customers on the Enterprise plan on annual contracts need to contact us through Messenger to make a change. To get an Enterprise Plan, Add-ons and any advanced support, development or onboarding services, you'll need to talk to Sales and (apart from for Add-ons) sign an annual contract.

With a month-to-month subscription, upgrading from Starter or downgrading from Advanced is easily managed on your Billing page.

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade from your current plan, go to settings in your Wovex environment then Billing.

Below your current Subscription, select View Update Subscription.

Here, you'll be able to:

  • Select the Advanced plan, for example, and then click Continue to add your payment details.

Note: If you upgrade from, for example, Starter to Advanced, all users will have access to any new permissions this provides.

Downgrade your plan

To downgrade from your current plan, go to settings in your Wovex environment, then click on Billing.

Below your current Subscription, select View Update Subscription.

Here, you'll be able to select the Starter plan for example and then click Continue.

Note: If you upgrade from, for example, Starter to Advanced, all users will have access to any new permissions this provides.

If you are considering downgrading from an Enterprise Plan, there is a contractual process to follow, so please contact your Wovex Account Manager.
