In Wovex, a Value Agreement is a dynamic, structured view of your benefit delivery plan. It draws from your existing initiatives, benefits, and measures, and builds a timeline of impact.

What you’ll see:

  • Easy-to-read impact levels from “No Impact” to “Very High.”

  • Real-time links back to items in your workspace for fast editing and updates.


Step 2: Building Your Value Agreement

Start with What You’ve Already Defined:

As soon as you add initiatives, benefits, and measures into Wovex, your Value Agreement begins to form. Wovex automatically connects related items, so if your initiatives already link to benefits, they’ll appear here.

Add or Refine Relationships:

Don’t have links yet? No problem. Wovex makes it easy to set them up, just 'Fix' relationships with Goals and Benefits and measures, and they’ll appear in your agreement.

Define Your Stages:

Projects have stages, like Concept, Definition, Implementation, or Delivery. Set the number of stages you need. In each stage, you specify the expected impact of each benefit and measure.

Set Impact Levels:

Using Wovex’s six-level scale (from “No Impact” to “Very High Impact”), you can quickly express the expected contribution of each benefit in each stage.
